Happy Turkey Day!

It has been a lovely day here. We slept in. We made a delicious breakfast of stuffed French toast (stuffed with black cherry jam and cream cheese) and bacon. Then we raked the leaves as they are coming next week to suck them up. The weather is perfect for it, warm and sunny. It didn't go so bad considered how wet the leaves actually were. Now the turkey is roasting and the rest is waiting to start cooking. I'll do a quick mop in the kitchen, take a shower and sit and knit on the mittens.

Hope your day is going as well.
