The sun finally came back out. And this is what my roses look like. If anyone knows what kind of roses they are please let me know. They came with the house. I know squat about roses. My love handles those while I tend all the other green things. This particular rosebush hates me and always pulls my hair when I weed near it. The first pic is in the morning about 10am. The second is about 4 or 5 pm. Not bad shots for

I've been plugging away (faithfully I might add) at the shawl. I'd show another pic but it would just look the same but bigger. I shall do some more artistic shots of it soon. Grocery shopping was the main focus of the evening. I don't think you'd really enjoy a pic of the lovely brie I got at a fabulous discount. Not quite the same is it?

I'll have to peek through all my plants to see what else is ready to divide. If I come up with anything, I'll bring that along with the liatris.
P, I sent my mom a pic of your rose. I'll let you know what she says. She is in the local garden club, so I know she'll get some kind of answer for you. :)
i know what it is!
it's, um, a rly LOVELY rose.
ok, i suck. i have three minature rosebushes from my grandmother. one is pink, one is lavender, and one hasn't bloomed in two years (in fact, i thought it died, since it was hidden in the weeds last year).
mostly i'm just glad they're not all deceased. (i've killed cactus before. not so good with the green things, in general, me)
Grandma told me the lavender one was a Katherine Hepburn, which i thought was terribly romantic, although now i've found out apparently it isn't. i still think i'm calling it Kate.
