just testing
Just trying something out as a new profile pic. I took this in college with a timer. Yes, that's me. Yes, that's my violin. This is probably my all time favorite photo of myself.
Thsi reminds me of two very different, but both powerful images.

And the fact that Brown Recluse spiders are supposed to have violin shaped markings on their backs. (Truth be told, most small brown spiders seem to have bilaterally symetrical markings on their backs that *might* look like violins!)

It was intending something along the lines of the Man Ray. I had a light-bulb moment in the shower and set up the shot once I got out.
I always check the spiders...and I'm never quite sure. I tend to save the spiders and set the cats on bugs without stingers.
